¶1Heard.
¶2As it is evident from the record that summoning order was passed on 14.10.2011, and thereafter, on 31.07.2014, on their surrender application, applicants were taken into custody, thereafter, they were enlarged on bail but learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicants were residing in Guwahati, therefore, they were not aware about the summoning order.
¶3As the statement of learned counsel for the applicants is contradictory to the order sheet of the impugned proceedings, therefore, application is misconceived and liable to be dismissed.
¶4Accordingly, the application is hereby dismissed. Order Date :- 6.11.2023 V. Sinha High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
