¶1Case is called out in the revised list. No one is present on behalf of petitioner. Sri Dilip Pandy, learned counsel for respondent Gaon Sabha and learned Standing Counsel for State are present.

¶2Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner claiming that his proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code were dismissed and against the same an appeal was preferred which was also dismissed.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel raises preliminary objection that against the said order, petitioner has an alternative remedy of revision and this Court can not interfere with the execution proceedings unless the original order is challenge before the appropriate authority.
