¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for considering petitioner's posting on the vacant post of Radiologist in Balrampur Hospital, Lokbandhu Hospital, Virangana Jhalkaribai Mahila Hospital, District Lucknow. A further prayer for payment of salary with effect from July, 2023 to October, 2023 along ith T.A. & D.A. bills and advance G.P.F. loan has also been made.

¶3Learned State Counsel has been provided with instructions dated 06.11.2023, which are taken on record, and as per which in paragraph-5, it has been submitted that directions have already been issued to appropriate authority for payment of salary to petitioner along with emoluments and petitioner's grievance regarding his posting is also under consideration.

¶4In view of aforesaid, opposite parties are directed to take a final decision with regard to petitioner's posting within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority who shall also take into consideration petitioner's application for G.P.F. loan/advance within aforesaid time period.
