¶1Heard Shri Surendra Singh, learned Counsel for the appellant, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1, 2 and 3, Shri S.S. Rajawat, learned Counsel for respondent nos.4 and 5 and Shri Mohan Singh, learned Counsel for respondent no.8.

¶2This intra-court appeal filed Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the High Court Rules is directed against the judgment/order dated

07.08.2023 passed in Writ-A No.5686 of 2023.

¶3We have carefully gone through the judgment impugned herein in this appeal. On a close scrutiny of the observations made by the Writ Court, we are convinced that the impugned judgment rejecting the case on the ground of inordinate delay does not suffer from any illegality which may call for interference in exercise of our appellate jurisdiction.
