Present writ petition has been filed with the following main relief:- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to construct the Road over the Bhumidhari Land of the petitioner bearing Gata No. 2682 min area 0.1010 hectare as well as Gata No. 704 Min area 0.1390 hectare situated at revenue village Adaura, Pargana Auras, Tehsil Hasanganj, District Unnao, in the interest of justice. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2/District Magistrate, District Unnao to take appropriate action on the representation dated 29.09.2023 and further to take necessary disciplinary action against the guilty block officials, in the interest of justice. " In view of the aforesaid, it is provided that in case petitioner files an application for demarcation under Section 24 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 before the respondent no.3 within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall proceed and decide the same and shall take the matter to its logical conclusion in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing all the concerned parties, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order along with the application for demarcation is placed before him.
