¶1Instructions filed by learned Chief Standing Counsel is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

¶3Ms. Deep Shikha Verma, learned Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of the written instructions dated 20th October, 2023, has submitted that the entire medical bills of the petitioner as prayed in the present petition have already been paid to the petitioner.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner on the basis of instructions does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
