Present petition has been filed for the following main reliefs:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned order dated 18-01-2007 passed by opposite party no.4 contained as Annexure No.1 to this Writ Petition.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned order dated 03-12-2022, passed by opp. Party no.3 contained as Annexure No.2 to this Writ Petition.

(iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned orders dated 20-03-2023, passed by opp. Party no.3 contained as Annexure No.3 to this Writ Petition.

(iv) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned orders dated 24-05-2023, passed by opp. Party no.2 contained as Annexure No. 4 to this Writ Petition.

(vi) To issue a writ, order or direction thereby staying the operation and implementation of the impugned orders dated 18-01-2007, 03-12-2022, 20-03-2023, 24-05-2023 annexed to this petition as annexure no.1 to 4 respectively." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner says that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum/court for redressal of his grievance.
