¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that her insurance claim has been rejected by order dated 12.04.2019 under Mukhya Mantri Kisan Evam Sarvahit Beema Yojana. Thereafter, by decision dated 24.01.2020, District Level Committee has allowed the said claim.

¶3The said order dated 24.01.2020 is not challenged by the Insurance Company, therefore, respondent no.2-Senior Divisional Manager, Oriental Insurance Company Limited, Vikas Deep Bhawan, 9th floor, 22, Station Road, Lucknow is bound to comply with the order passed by District Level Committee.

¶4Let the amount be disbursed to the petitioner as per the orders of the District Level Committee, unless there is any legal impediment, within a period of six weeks.
