¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioners have approached this Court claiming that they are entitled for compensation for the constructions belonging to them on the Government land which has been taken over by the National Highway Authority of India.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners states that grievance of petitioners be met in case an application is moved before respondent no.5 for the aforesaid claim.

¶4Shri Abhinav Singh, learned counsel for N.H.A.I. and learned Standing Counsel have no objection to the same.

¶5In view thereof, petitioners are permitted to move an application before respondent no.5-Prescribed Authority/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Musafirkhana, District Amethi, raising their grievance, annexing therewith a copy of this writ petition along with annexures and all the documents in support of their claim within a period of two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order.

¶6In case such application is moved by petitioners, respondent no.5 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two months unless there is any legal impediment, from the date a certified copy of this order along with application is placed before it.
