With the consent of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting parties, the instant writ petition is being finally decided. Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to provide affiliation to the petitioner's institution for running the D. Pharma course for the education session 2023-24 approval of which has been granted by Pharmacy Council of India vide order dated

24.08.2023, a copy of which is annexure 6 to the writ petition. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider the affiliation of the petitioner's institution in accordance with law and considering the no objection which has already been granted by the Pharmacy Council of India. Let such consideration be done and an order in this regard be passed within a period of three weeks (the time period as stated by the learned counsel for the respondents) from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
