19.10.2023 whereby he has been directed by Opposite Party No.4 - Assistant Engineer, Construction Division, Public Works Department, Ambedkar Nagar, to remove unauthorized construction. The petitioner has already submitted his reply on

24.10.2023. In the given circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation within ten days from today annexing therewith certified copy of this order and his objections. The Respondent No.4 shall decide the objection of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date copy of this order is placed before him. Any action against the petitioner shall be subject to the final order passed by the Respondent No.4. It goes without saying that in case the petitioner fails to submit his representation within the period prescribed aforesaid alongwith copy of this order, the benefit of this order shall not be given to the him.
