Present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(i) To issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 05.07.2023 passed by Opp. Party No. 1 in Revision No. 1209/2016, Computerized Case No. C-20160400001209 (Radhey Shyam vs. Ram Singar and Others), U/s 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901." Un-disputedly, Gata No. 407 belongs to petitioner-Ram Singar Shukla. It is also not in dispute that the area of Gata No.406 shown in the revenue map is in excess to the area mentioned in the Khatauni. In the impugned order dated 05.07.2023, it has been indicated that the area of Gata No. 407 situate at Village-Bangalpur, Paragana-Bidhar, Tehsil-Alapur, District-Amebdkar Nagar, be corrected. The counter affidavit indicates that the revenue map has been corrected in terms of order dated 05.07.2023. From the aforesaid, it is evident that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
