Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State/Respondents and perused the record and the gang chart. This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the first information report of case crime/F.I.R. No.0472 under section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, at P.S. Maholi, District - Sitapur pertaining to petitioners." From the perusal of the record, we find that the petitioners are accused in Case Crime No.570/2021, under Sections 302/34, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Maholi, District Sitapur and Charge sheet No.A-67/22 has been filed in the Court on 26.02.2022 against them.
