On being pointed out regarding one Ram Autar, opposite party in the revision, in issue, has not been impleaded as opposite party in this petition as also that there is typographical error with regard to statue under which the revision is pending, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition. The aforesaid is not in dispute. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified copies of the documents annexed with this petition to the learned counsel for the petitioner as per Rules in this regard.
