¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to satisfy on the aspect of the locus of the petitioner being an interested party. He claims to be the Chairman of the Society, namely, Yuvak Mangal Dal. Neither the validity of the registration nor any resolution of the society is placed on record which may establish the locus of the petitioner to maintain the writ petition.

¶2At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
