¶1Heard Sri Rajiv Raman Srivastava, the learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Anant Pratap Singh, the learned AGA for the State and perused the records.

¶2The instant application has been filed by the applicants seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 168 of 2021, under Sections 323, 325, 308, 504, 506, 427 IPC, Police Station Pisawan, District Sitapur.

¶3The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an FIR lodged on 27.05.2021 against the four persons including the applicant, alleging that the informant's son had gone to attend a barat on 24.05.2021, where the accused persons had beaten and robbed him.

¶4The medico examination report of the victim mentions three contusions and a linear fracture of bone in left hand. The victim and independent witnesses have stated that the accused persons had started quarrel for stopping the DJ operation and they had beaten up the victim.

¶5Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that the applicants do not deserve to be granted discretion of this Court by granting pre-arrest bail to them.

¶6Accordingly, the anticipatory bail is rejected.

¶7However, in case the applicants file an application for grant of bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law without being influenced by rejection of anticipatory bail. Order Date :- 7.11.2023 Renu/- High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
