The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite being placed under suspension the petitioner has not been paid subsistence allowance since 01.04.2022. It is prayed that the arrears of regular subsistence allowance be also paid. Shri Prashant Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondents on.4 states that entire arrears as due to the petitioner towards subsistence allowance would be paid within four weeks from today and regular allowance would also be paid to the petitioner.
