8.9 of Marketing Discipline Guidelines, 2012 against order dated 01.03.2018 passed by the Chief Regional Manager cancelling the contract. The said appeal is claimed to be sent on 27.03.2018 through Speed Post. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same may be heard and decided expeditiously. Ms. Aprajita Bansal, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2, submits that the Respondent No.2 and its officer had never received any copy of such an appeal. However, the said aspect can be looked into by the Appellate Authority itself. Hence, the Appellate Authority is expected to decide the appeal of the petitioner as expeditious as possible, after hearing all parties concerned, in case the same is pending, within a period of 3 months in accordance with law.
