On being confronted in relation to prayer sought in the present petition related to a suit filed in the year 2021, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file the same afresh with proper pleadings and prayer with regard to pending objection preferred by the petitioner in the regular suit. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. The certified copy of the impugned order or any other certified document filed along with the petition shall be returned to the learned Counsel for the petitioner by retaining a photocopy of the same on record.
