¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider petitioner's claim for regularization on the post of Collection Amin in terms of the relevant rules.

¶3It has been submitted that petitioner was initially engaged on

29.11.1990 and has worked as such continuously till date without there being any complaint against his work and conduct. It is further submitted that in terms of U.P. Collection Amin's Service Rules, 1974, petitioner is entitled for regularization on the post of Colletion Amin.

¶4For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned. At present, learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer with regard to final decision on the same.

¶5Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Ziladhikari/Collector, District Sultapur who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation.
