¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners, Ms. Pushpila Bisht, learned counsel for respondent no.2 & 3, Sri Umesh Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.4 to 7.

¶2After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Bahraich with a recall/review application.

¶3Learned counsel for respondents have no objection to the same.
