¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State, Sri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha and Sri Ashish Kumar Singh, Advocate, who has filed his Power today on behalf of some of the private respondents, which is taken on record.

¶2A preliminary objection is raised on behalf of respondents that the Suit for Partition bearing no.T2013083052208 is already decided by judgment and order dated 25.10.2023 passed by the Up Ziladhikari (Judicial), Colonelganj, District Gonda and the said fact is not mentioned in the writ petition.

¶3At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition.
