¶1List has been revised. No one is present on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents is present.

¶2The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for the following main relief:- "a. That a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus may be issued commanding the opposite parties to give appointment to the petitioner on the post of Anganbari worker on the basis of seniority and experience of working after giving preference in the light of the Government Order contained in Annexure No.3 and 4 to this writ petition. b. That a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari may be issued quashing the appointment order of O.P. No.5 dated 8.7.2003 contained in Annexure No.5 to this writ petition."

¶3It appears that petition has been instituted in the year 2003. From reading of the writ petition, it appears that petitioner has not been ignored or arbitrarily discriminated in not regularizing her on the post of 'Anganwadi'. The writ petition also does not disclose as to how the appointment of respondent no.5 is not in accordance with law. Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in the writ petition.
