¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection that the order of which execution is taking place is passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-2 Allahabad and without challenging the same only the recovery certificate is being challenged. The said order is not challenged and in the said circumstances the jurisdiction would lie only to the High Court at Allahabad.

¶3At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition.
