¶1List has been revised. Learned counsel for the petitioners is not present. However, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents is present.

¶2The petitioners by means of the present writ petition have assailed the order dated 05.07.2003 passed by the respondent nos.3 & 4 by which petitioners have been asked to appear for typing test for considering their eligibility for the purpose of regularisation.

¶3The challenged has been laid on the ground that for the purpose of regularisation, only seniority and performance is to be seen, and there is no justification for holding the typing test.

¶4The petitioners in order to get regularise should possess minimum qualification. If under the rules, it is required that petitioners should possess typing skills, they have to undergo typing test so that appointment authority may see their eligibility and efficiency in typing.

¶5In such view of the fact, there is no illegality in the impugned order.
