At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner says that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action with proper prayer and pleadings, as some formal defects were crept in this petition at the time of its filing, which could not be rectified inadvertently. The aforesaid is not in dispute. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified copies of the documents annexed with this petition to the learned counsel for the petitioner as per Rules in this regard.
