Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 to 5 and Ms. Anjuli Srivastava for opposite party No.6 whose power filed today is taken on record. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to decide petitioner's representation regarding payment of salary. It has been submitted that petitioner was appointed with opposite party no.6 with recruitment having been done by one Avani Paridhi Energy and Communications Pvt.Ltd. but for all practical purposes, petitioner is an employee of opposite party no.6 as has also been indicated by letter dated 30.11.2022 issued by Assistant Labour Commissioner, Pratapgarh. For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 23.03.2023. At present, learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer for a decision with regard to same. Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, opposite party no.6 i.e. Principal, Pratapgarh Medical College, District Pratapgarh is directed to consider and decide representation of petitioner dated 23.03.2023 expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before authority concerned along with a copy of representation.
