Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has already filed his reply to the said show cause notice since long and now he has to visit Thailand to participate in the marriage of his grand daughter, which is to take place from 03.12.2023 to

06.12.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the reply submitted by him has yet not been considered by the authority concerned. Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Regional Passport Officer-respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the reply submitted by the petitioner against the said show cause notice within a period of ten days from today in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner, accordingly.
