By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following main relief:- "(i) to the opp Party no 1 to decide the mutation application vide case no. 02941/2021 Computerized case no. T202108300602941 Smt Kusum Singh Versus Sri Ram & others along with the recall application U/S 34 U.P. Revenue Court 2006 Pending in the court of Tehsildar (Judicial) tehsil tarabganj District Gonda. Fixed on 06-11-2023 expedioulsy within stipulated time granted by this Hon'ble court to meet the end of Justice." Considering the period of pendency of the proceedings, in issue, as also that on account of pendency of the said proceedings, the petitioner being a lady aged about 50 years is suffering great hardship and mental agony, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 1 to consider and decide the application as also the case, in issue, as per law most expeditiously after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting any adjournment to either party preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed in the case, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
