Court No. - 8 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 4602 of 2003 Petitioner :- Ramu Respondent :- State Of U.P. Throueh Sey. Lko.And 3 Ors. Counsel for Petitioner :- Himanshu Raghav,Rajendra Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Saral Srivastava,J.
¶1List has been revised. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. However, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents is present.
¶2The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the order dated 19.06.2002 passed by the respondent no.1.
¶3By the impugned order, the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment was rejected on the ground that there is no ground to condone the delay in submitting the application for compassionate appointment. In the present case, father of the petitioner expired on 19.05.1978, and it appears that application for compassionate appointment was filed after the inordinate delay which has been rejected by the order dated
18.06.2002.
¶4In such view of the fact, this Court does not find that respondent has committed any illegality in rejecting the claim of the petitioner.
¶5Consequently, writ petition lacks merit and is hereby dismissed with no order as to costs. Order Date :- 7.11.2023 Sattyarth High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
