Taking note of aforesaid, on being confronted, learned counsel for the petitioners says that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. In view of aforesaid, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Office/Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the documents annexed with the petition, if any, to the learned counsel for the petitioners, as per Rules of the Court.
