¶1List has been revised. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. However, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents is present.
¶2The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the order dated 26.06.2003 passed by the respondent no.3 whereby services of the petitioner has been terminated.
¶3It appears that petitioner is not interested in contesting the matter. However, even otherwise, the petitioner was a contractual employee and perusal of the termination order discloses that it was a termination simplicitor.
¶4In such view of the fact, this Court does not find any illegality in the impugned order.
¶5Accordingly, writ petition lacks merit and is hereby dismissed with no order as to costs. Order Date :- 7.11.2023 Sattyarth High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
