¶2Shri Sudeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter at some length, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a review application against the judgment/order dated 10.10.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-C No.8013 of 2023.
