¶1Learned counsel for applicants submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application.

¶2Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection.

¶3In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh.

¶4Office is directed to return the original copy of the compromise deed as well as certified copy of the orders, if any, to counsel for the applicant today itself.

¶5It has further been submitted that opposite party no.2 is suffering from Carcinoma and she has to go Banglore for her treatment and, therefore, she may be permitted to seek permission to file a fresh application before this Court, tomorrow.
