Petition has been filed challenging notice dated 11.10.2023 whereby petitioner has been directed to reply to the show cause notice pertaining to certain anomalies in his pay. It has been submitted that the aforesaid notice has been issued after six years of petitioner's superannuation and is therefore otherwise against provisions of service regulation applicable upon petitioner. It is however submitted that petitioner already submitted a reply to the show cause notice on 21.10.2023. In view of the fact that petitioner has already submitted a reply to the show cause notice, the concerned authority may take appropriate decision with regard to same but only after considering and adverting to petitioner's reply.
