¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 and 2, and Sri Prashant Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.3.

¶2The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner-institution has sought prior permission for initiation of recruitment process for vacant posts of Paricharak (Class IV) as per provisions of the Act and Rules governing the same. It is contended that no final orders have been passed by the respondent no.3 on the said application which is still pending for consideration at his end.

¶3Considering the aforesaid present petition is disposed of without entering into merits of the case with a direction to respondent no.3 to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 13.06.2023 and 05.10.2023 (Annexure-1 to the writ petition) in accordance with law and relevant rules and to pass an order on the said application within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
