Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 i.e. Revisional Authority to hear and decide the Revision bearing no. 97

(R) G&M (U.P.)/2023 [Re Uma Builders vs. District Magistrate, Hamirpur], in accordance with law after hearing the parties concerned within a period of three months from the date of production/receipt of certified copy of this order.
