Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. The petitioners have approached this court for Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to conduct an appropriate enquiry in the matter regarding the land of the petitioners as well as the opposite party no.6 according to boundaries of their respective Sale Deeds and submit the enquiry report within a period as fixed by this Court. It has also been prayed to direct the opposite parties no.2 to 5 to restrain the opposite party no.6 from raising the construction on the land of the petitioners till the enquiry report is submitted. Admittedly, the petitioner has filed a suit with regard to the land in dispute against Respondent No.6-private respondent and the injunction application of the petitioner is already rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner also could not show any provisions of law under which this Court can direct inquiry with regard to dispute between two private individuals.
