With the consent of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting parties, the instant writ petition is being finally decided. Instant writ petition has been filed alleging that despite the petitioner having filed an application with the respondent no. 2 i.e Director of Higher Education, Uttar Pradesh, Education Directorate, Prayagraj, District-Prayagraj for approval of filling in Class-III post in the institution, the said application is still pending for consideration before the respondent no. 2 and no final decision has been taken in this regard till date. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider the application of the petitioner for approval for filing in Class-III post in the institution in accordance with law and the relevant rules. Let the decision be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
