Learned counsel for the petition submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending since 2017 and the grievance of petitioner would be substantially met in case opposite parties are directed to decide the appeal pending within stipulated period. In view of above, the Respondent No.2 - State Level Scrutiny Committee, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow is directed to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of three months by passing reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned in accordance with law.
