¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.6 and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met in case she is permitted to move appropriate application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation of her land bearing Gata No.310 area 0.0130 hect. and Gata No.312 area 0.890 hect. situated in Village Lakhnipur, Pargana Jagdishpur, District Amethi and the same may be decided expeditiously.

¶3In case petitioner moves such an application for demarcation, respondent no.3 Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Musafirkhana, District Amethi shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, say within a period of six weeks from the date the application along with a certified copy of this order is filed.
