¶1The learned AGa has produced before this Court instructions sent by Sub-Inspector Maya Yadav, Mahila Thana - Barabanki.

¶2It has been stated that chargesheet has been prepared against Sultan Ahmad, Harun, Kafeel, Safeel under various sections of the IPC and Dowry Prohibition Act and also Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019. Charg sheet No.30 of 2023, dated 05.11.2023 is pending before the Circle Officer, Barabanki.

¶3The Counsel for petitioner says that parties have settled the matter and living together.

¶4If that be so, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner and opposite parties to approach the Circle Officer where the charge sheet has been submitted.
