After arguing at some length, counsel for the petitioner states that he has already moved an representation for correction of map bearing case no. D202304040000840 under Section 30 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and the same is pending before the Collector/Additional Collector, Ambedkar Nagar. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed that the authority concerned may be directed to decide the matter within the stipulated time frame, as this Court may deem fit and proper. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector/Additional Collector, Ambedkar Nagar to decide petitioner's case bearing Case No. D202304040000840 under Section 30 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned within a period of three months from the date of production/receipt of certified copy of this order (Manish Kumar, J.)
