¶1Learned counsel for petitioner is permitted to implead Chief Development Officer, Lakhimpur Kheri as respondent no.6 in the array of parties in writ petition during course of the day.

¶2Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has moved an application for allotment of a house under Prime Minister Awas Scheme which is pending for consideration.

¶4Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met, in case aforesaid application of petitioner is considered and decided in a time bound manner.

¶5Learned Standing Counsel has no objection the aforesaid prayer made.

¶6In view thereof, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.6 Chief Development Officer, Lakhimpur Kheri to consider and decide the application of petitioner, in accordance with law, by reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon him.
