Learned counsel for the Lucknow Development Authority states that large number of lacunas in the said application. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said lacunas shall be removed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that proper application shall be filed online within a period of two weeks. In case the appropriate application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of.
