¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Shri Zafar Aziz, learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company.

¶2It is the case of the petitioner that the claim for compensation has been rejected by the Insurance Company on 30.12.2020 against which, the petitioner has moved a representation to the Committee headed by the District Magistrate on 5.3.2020. The said representation of the petitioner is still pending.

¶3This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Committee headed by the District Magistrate concerned to decide the representation of the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
