¶1Learned counsel for the petitioners is unable to establish that the land i.e. Gata No.414 situated at Village Gopalipur, Pargana and Tehsil-Tulsipur, District-Balrampur situated adjacent to his land is not a pasture land or is utilized for any purpose other than grazing the animals.

¶2At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
