¶1Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent no.3 by Shri Ashutosh Singh, learned Counsel is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Shri Ashutosh Singh, learned Counsel for respondent no.3.

¶3The order impugned in the instant intra-court appeal filed under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the High Court Rules is a consent order. A party represented through a Counsel on having expressed the consent cannot resile from the same. In the event of any misunderstanding of any stipulation of the order or consent expressed before the court concerned, it is open to the aggrieved party to move an application for review/recall/clarification as the case may be. The appeal, however, in respect of a consent order would not lie.
