Petition has been filed challenging punishment order dated 9th March, 2021, 23rd September, 2021 and 5th January, 2022 whereby petitioner's review has been rejected. It has been submitted that the inquiry proceedings have been concluded in gross violation of Rule 7 of the U.P. Government Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Rules 1999 and have already been challenged in appeal preferred before opposite party No.3 but the same has not yet been decided. In view of aforesaid opposite party No.3 i.e. Deputy Director, (Panchayat Raj), Division Ayodhya, District Ayodhya is directed to consider and decide appeal preferred by petitioner against aforesaid orders after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted before the concerned authority.
