¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that its application under Section 14 the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 is pending before respondent no.3-Additional District Magistrate (Trans Gomti), Lucknow since

05.6.2023.

¶3Additional District Magistrate, Lucknow, ought to have decided the application of the petitioner expeditiously, as per the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002.

¶4In view of the aforesaid, Additional District Magistrate (Trans Gomti), Lucknow respondent no.3 is directed to take decision in the matter after hearing all the parties concerned and take the same to a logical conclusion within a period of three months in accordance with law.
